I’m Jade—a scientist who turned into chef, following my heart’s hunger into a flavour-filled odyssey. As the delightful blend of Cypriot heritage from my mother and Lebanese roots from my father, I was surrounded by the fascinating aromas of both cuisines. With the determination of a scientist and the heart of a chef, I created "Jade Lebanese Kitchen" with a mission to share the goodness of authentic Lebanese food.

We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality, therefore we prepare our food in small batches daily using natural ingredients, locally sourced vegetables where possible and halal certified British meat and poultry.
